Poca Tresses — Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the different ways you can purchase from Poca Tresses and our process for order cancellations.

1. Purchase Options

In-Stock Items Items marked as in stock are available for immediate purchase and ship according to our standard processing time (see our Shipping Policy).

Pre-Orders Pre-order items allow you to reserve hair from an upcoming collection or restock before it's back in inventory.

  • Payment is collected in full at the time of pre-order.
  • Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page and at checkout — these are estimates, not guarantees.
  • We'll notify you by email of any significant delays to your pre-order's ship date.
  • Pre-orders may be combined with in-stock items; if so, your full order may ship together once all items are available, or in separate shipments. You will be notified and updated if the pre-order items are shipped separately or with the in stock items.

Payment Plans / Buy Now, Pay Later We accept Shop Pay Installments / Afterpay / Klarna, etc. at checkout. Terms of these payment plans are governed by the third-party provider, not Poca Tresses.

2. Order Cancellations — In-Stock Items

  • You may request to cancel an order within [1 hour] of purchase by emailing pocatresses@gmail.com with your order number.
  • Once an order has entered processing or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You're welcome to initiate a return once the item is delivered, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues — and will issue a full refund if we do.

3. Order Cancellations — Pre-Orders & Custom Items

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before the item ships, unless otherwise noted on the product page.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may only be cancelled within [24–48 hours] of purchase, before production begins. Once production has started, these orders are final and non-cancellable.
  • To cancel a pre-order or custom item, email pocatresses@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method within [5–10 business days]. No restocking or cancellation fee applies unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Changes to an Order

Need to update your shipping address, swap a texture/length, or add an item? Contact us at [insert email] as soon as possible after placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order enters processing, but can't guarantee changes once it does.
